With a long standing reputation for excellence in academics and athletics, the school and the communities of Iraan-Sheffield were called “remote but remarkable” by a state official sixty years ago. As you make your transition to Iraan, please contact the City of Iraan Utility Office at 432-639-2301 to find out information on getting your utilities (natural gas, water, sewer, etc.) connected. The City of Iraan office is open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. They are CLOSED on Friday.

The City of Iraan can also provide information about facilities at any of their THREE RV parks. 

Iraan is also home to one of the finest medical treatment facilities in the area. Iraan General Hospital is a Level IV trauma center with a rural health clinic open during the week. They provide access to family medicine, DOT and school physicals, immunizations, physical therapy services and a 24-hour emergency room.

Part of the Iraan General Hospital facility is the Wellness Center. You can keep fit with state of the art exercise machines, an indoor walking track, an indoor pool and fitness classes. For more information, call them at 432-639-3520.

And you won’t need to leave town to have your prescriptions filled. Healthmart Pharmacy is located in the same building as the Wellness Center. They offer walk-in and drive-thru service. They may be contacted at 432-639-6070.
